Oscar Archila Founder/President of Archila Design Group (1997), a well-established Architectural Firm with a diversity of experience catering to all Architectural levels in the Commercial, Industrial, and Residential stages. Oscar has worked for several outstanding and very successful Architects in S. FL before launching his very own firm. His interest in Urban Development of Commercial and Residential had put him as a Lead Designer for Barretta & Associates.
Oscar has held up-scale jobs as Associate Principal, Business Administrator, Project Manager, Senior Estimator, Team Manager. Oscar has been qualified on several projects as the Firm’s representative in dealing with Local and State Codes, US FDA (Food and Drug Administration), and AHCA (Agency Health Care Administration).
Oscar has been active in several Residential projects from Apartment Buildings, Townhouses, Villas, Single Family Custom Homes, and Model Homes.
In the Commercial field, Oscar has taken on projects such as Restaurants, Office Complexes, Medical Centers, Laboratories, Government Centers, Shopping Malls and Assisted Living Facilities.
In the Industrial sector, Oscar presented conceptual drawings for a 1000-ton per/day Commercial Plant for Bio-energy Production, and a Concept Design of a Mobil Process Plant. Oscar also supervised the Construction/Installation of a Ready-Mix Concrete Plant in Venezuela, S. Am.
Oscar’s Leadership skills have qualified him as President of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International for 5 years.
Oscar has an ongoing interest in Commercial Real Estate Investments.
